Questions are good.

We know choosing a school photographer is a big decision — especially when you’re trusting someone with photographing your students and communicating with your families.

Here are a few of the questions we hear most often.

Does the school have to pay anything?

1

No. There is no upfront cost to the school.

The Portrait House handles photography, galleries, ordering, payment, and fulfillment. Your school receives 10% of eligible portrait sales.

Does the school have to collect orders or money?

2

No.

Parents order directly through their private online gallery. Your staff doesn’t have to collect forms, checks, cash, or packages.

Does every student get a yearbook portrait?

3

Yes.

Every student photographed receives an official yearbook-ready portrait, regardless of whether their family purchases portraits.

What happens if a student misses a day?

4

We offer a Portrait Refresh for students who are absent or need another opportunity.

Can parents choose which portrait they want?

5

Yes.

Families receive a private gallery with multiple finished portraits so they can choose the images they love.

Can parents buy digital files?

6

Yes.

Professional staff portraits are included when we photograph your school.

We keep family pricing straightforward and accessible, with individual digital portraits starting at $25. Collections, prints, and complete gallery options are also available.

Just get in touch.

We’ll talk through your school, your current picture-day process, and what you’d like to improve. There’s no obligation and no complicated sales pitch.
